Drop In Class Rate = $15 per hour

Tuition & Fees

All classes are paid for in advance, due the 1st of each month. You will not receive a bill prior to the due date of tuition. Late notices will be emailed to all past due accounts. There will be a $10 late fee charged by the 10th of the month if tuition has not been paid.  Tuition is not prorated for months with holidays or when we close for breaks, such as Spring Break etc. Tuition is billed at a flat monthly rate regardless of how many actual weeks there are in a month. As such, some months have 4 weeks while others have 5 weeks. We do not increase tuition on the months where you end up taking more classes in a month that contains 5 weeks. Therefore, we do not prorate tuition for the months when we are closed for holidays and breaks between terms.

Registration Fee: $50 yearly registration per student and $25 for additional family members
Returned Checks:
$25 fee charged for declined checks

Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferrable. There will be no refunds or deductions for lessons missed. Make up classes are available within two weeks of returning. In the event of a serious medical injury, a request may be made for class tuition to be credited or refunded and will need to be approved by the Owners/Artistic Director.  Refunds will not be given for missed classes due to illness, personal commitments orif we are forced to close due to inclement weather.

Discounts

Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition for each sibling
College Discount: = 20% off tuition for college students that present student ID
Referral Discount: $50 off tuition for one month for referring a student that enrolls in at least one class
Parent Discount: 10% off tuition if child is also enrolled

*Registration Fees, Recital Fees and Costume fees are not included in the monthly tuition rates.

Withdrawal from Class

If a student wishes to withdrawal from any class at any time during the year, a written request to withdraw must be sent to info@artisticmovementcenter.com or given to the office.  A student is considered enrolled in the class until the written request has been submitted. Tuition will continue to be charged until the request is emailed or turned into the office. No refunds will be given.  As stated above, in the event of a serious medical injury, a request may be made for class tuition to be credited or refunded and will be need to be approved by the Owner.

Artistic Movement Center reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration and a full refund will be given.

Artistic Movement Center reserves the right to refuse placing orders and/or withhold merchandise/costumes for past due accounts until account balance is paid. Delinquent accounts will be forwarded to a collection agency and any costs or legal fees will be the responsibility of the account holder to reimburse.
